2. Billing Terms
Code Vise operates on a subscription billing model. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
- 12-month minimum commitment - all plans require a minimum 12-month commitment
- Setup fee waived - the one-time setup fee is waived when you commit to a plan term
- Billing cycle - monthly billing on the same date each month
- Payment terms - payments are due on the billing date; late payments may result in service suspension
3. Cancelation Policy
We believe in fair and transparent cancelation terms. Here's how cancelation works:
What happens when you cancel
How to request cancelation: Submit a written request to us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.
Notice period required: 30 days' written notice before your next billing date.
What happens to your site: Upon cancelation, hosting and domain services will be discontinued. However, you have options:
- Buyout option: Purchase the full rights to your website code and content.
- Transfer option: Transfer your domain and site content to another provider.
No lock-out: We do not hold your site hostage. Your content is yours.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
Code Vise provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify existing clients via email of any material changes
- Post the updated terms on this page
Your continued use of our services after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
