At Code Vise, we believe in transparency and flexibility. This policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and what happens after cancellation.
You can cancel your Code Vise subscription at any time by:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date.
We require 30 days' notice for all cancellations. This ensures a smooth transition and gives us time to prepare your website files and data for handover.
If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, your subscription will continue until the end of the following billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, we will:

You own everything we built for you. We will provide you with:
Domains registered through Code Vise can be transferred to your preferred registrar. We will assist with the transfer process. Standard domain transfer fees (typically PKR 500-1,500) are your responsibility.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your website and services until the end of your paid period.
No refunds are provided for setup fees, domain registrations, or third-party services already paid for.
After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for any transition needs. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you can do so at any time. Your website files will be restored if they are still available (within the 30-day retention period). A small reactivation fee may apply.
Suspension is temporary and may occur due to non-payment. Suspended accounts can be reinstated by clearing outstanding payments.
Cancellation is permanent and requires 30 days' notice as outlined above.
